Jet2 announce new flights to Spain
One of the leading budget airlines, Leeds based Jet2, have announced new flights for 2012 to top Spain destinations Barcelona, Ibiza, Lanzarote, Malaga and Murcia from Glasgow Airport.
The news will be welcomed by Scots keen on escaping to the sun with the flights already on sale. Flights to Barcelona, Murcia, Lanzarote and Malaga, the gateway to the Costa del Sol Malaga, will commence from March 2012. Flights to Spain’s no.1 party island Ibiza will begin in May 2012, departing twice a week.

In a bid to increase the number of Swedish tourists on the Costa del Sol, the budget airline Ryanair has just launched two new routes connecting Malaga Airport to Malmo in Sweden (operating every Sunday), and two weekly flights from Alicante Airport.
Ryanair also announced the return of one of its previous routes to Malmo when the airline resumes services at London Stansted on 2nd November.
