Ronda to Granada-Malaga or no? | Europe Forum | Fodor's Travel ...

Lin, I think you are referring to the road from Ronda to the coast (San Pedro), which is frightening for many. The motorway from Marbella to Nerja is perfectly safe and unremarkable, at least to our standards. Some strerches around Calahonda in Granada and Sacratif cape I find a bit tricky, but OP shall detour past Salobreña. About the wind, it is windy some days, and you may notice at the Benalmadena stretch; but only some days.

i am a non driver based in granada/malaga wanting to visit Torcal de Antequera. any bus route? tours to torcal?
Most travel agencies in either Malaga or Granada will offer you bus tours to the El Torcal National Park. You would be closer going from Malaga rather than Granada.
Try Julià Tours for example.
Viajes Lentejí also have excursions to El Torcal
And there are also a few local agencies in Antequera.

better if you use the motorway going up to granada from malaga, its a good route and you still see lots of countryside.at the most it should take 2 hours.no tolls by the way.from granada to cordoba theres an a-road that goes there, journeys okay but take it easy, can get busy.remember its an a-road,not a motorway, single lane road, and spanish roads always
